Our board-certified employment attorneys represent employers in trials, arbitrations, and agency proceedings on an individual, collective, and class basis with respect to discrimination, retaliation, accommodation, and wage and hour claims under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, the FLSA, the FMLA, WARN, and Chapters 21, 61, and 451 of the Texas Labor Code. We represent our clients before the courts, the EEOC, the DOL, OSHA, the OFCCP, the DOJ, and the TWC. We also have extensive experience prosecuting and defending non-competition, non-solicitation, theft of trade secrets, and related matters.

For clients without a union, we provide positive employee relations training, compliance counseling, rapid response planning, and ULP defense. For clients with an active union campaign, we offer real-time union campaign support, manager compliance training, ULP defense, and R-hearing representation. For clients with a certified union, we lead and assist initial and renewal collective bargaining agreement negotiation and provide representation in connection with grievances and labor-related arbitrations.
